His son, Tom Hood, became a well known playwright and editor. In a padded red morocco binding with gilt title and design detailing to the front board and spine, and a gilt fore-edge. Externally, excellent with just minor shelfwear. Very light bumping to the extremities and very slight fading to the spine. Internally, generally firmly bound, although slightly strained in places.
