This inspired him to travel particularly in Europe and to publish authoritarian works on Old Provence, Twenty-five Great Houses of France, Leonardo da Vinci and sculpture among many others, some of which were illustrated by his mother. Complete in two volumes. In half-morocco bindings with marbled boards. Externally, sound, though one board is missing, one is detached, and another is held by the cords only.
