Margaret Emma Faith Irwin (1889 — 11 December 1969) was an English author of several important historical novels, as well as a factual biography of Sir Walter Raleigh. In a red cloth binding, and an unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, very smart with some shelfwear only; bumping and slight fading to the extremities. The dustwrapper is strong, with just a little discolouration and a few small closed tears to the extremities. Internally, the binding is a little strained, with the pages bright and clean; just scattered spotting, and some marks to the endpapers.
