Hickling and a 'photogravure portrait' of the author as frontispiece; tightly bound in crimson leather with gilt lettering and ornate decoration to front and spine; wear to edges and corners, especially top front corner and top of spine, which has small tears; a few small marks to front. Top page fore-edge gilded, scattered foxing to main fore-edge. Internally, foxing to outer pages, including protective tissue cover for frontispiece. Otherwise, a good, clean copy.
