Favil Press, 1956. Used - Good. Good hardback (no dust jacket) First Edition. Scarlet cloth on boards, with white cloth spine; gilt lettering on spine. Front free end papers appears to have been rather clumsily glued to front pastedown; a 4-page 'Another preface' tipped-in before contents page of book 1, now detached leaving glue-stain.
