Undated but gift inscription on verso of frontispiece gives 1938 date; first item is 'The Summer House by Edith Millard and cover shows four children and a dog; tightly bound in pictorial boards; light wear to spine edges, top corners slightly bumped. Wear and tear to edges and corners of dust jacket has been neatly mended on inside. Page fore-edges yellowed.
