Good hardback (no dust jacket) 1st edition. 1924 1st edition, tightly bound in yellow cloth with black cloth spine and gilt lettering; yellow cloth a little discoloured and spine corners slightly worn. Page edges darkened and foxed, particularly bottom edge; page edges untrimmed. Internally, gift inscription by the author on front free endpaper; a few small discolouration spots on pages; otherwise, a good, tidy copy.
