LINCOLN, Arthur - A Methodist doctor of ye olden time

Robert Culley, 1898. Used - Good. Good hardback in light blue cloth . Undated, c. 1898-1899, with prize bookplate on front free endpaper dated 1909. Light blue cloth has a few small stains, one red, on front board, large light stains on rear board. Bright gilt lettering and black/red/gilt shield decoration on front board. Spine cloth faded and worn, with gilt of title almost entirely worn off, and colourful flower decoration; bumped at head & foot. Full gilt edges. Decorative endpapers very browned and top edge of frontispiece stained. Text, however, bright and tidy with b/w illustrations and plates.
