H.Grevel & co. 1896. Used - Good. Good hardback 1st ed.. Undated - general consensus seems to be 1896, but BL states 1899. In paper-covered boards with red cloth spine. Binding tight, but with small damage to front end paper caused by front board pulling away from staples of binding.
