Morozova, Vera, - December Days.

Moscow, USSR, Raduga Publishers Moscow, (1986). Eng transl. VG Hardback. My father was a workers' patrol member. He fought at the barricades at PRESNYA the days of the 1905 Russian revolution. His comradesat arms would gather at our house, Revolutinary songs would resound. Many were killed, tortured to death in the tasr's prisons, but everyone of them lived on in the hearts of their friends. Early in the morning my father would leave wearing a leather jacket and a mauser tucked in his belt for Red Square as the workers' patrol members and Red Guards detachments began their grand procession. And I was very proud of them. Unfortuately my father's comrades are no longer among the living and my father as well, but the words they spoke about the revolution and their deeds have remained in my memory. In this book I atempt to create a portrait of Rosalia Zemlyachika and comrade in arms of V. Lenin.
