Charlottesville, VA, Michie Tavern, (1976). VG PB spiral bound. The tavern is one of the oldest homesteads remaiming in Virginia located near Thomas Jefferson's Monticello. A tale. persisted through the years about a man drinking copiously from the Tavern's well one night and remarking that when one has been in hell as long as he they'd be thirsty too.
