An inked paper label to cover, minor rubbing, VG. ¶ A Cracker Factory that Daily Produces 1200 Kilos Crackers & Biscuits" This is an original 54-page single-side typescript, evidently prepared as an academic project submitted to the Copenhagen Polytechnical Institute detailing the technical processes required for a biscuit & cracker factory:Location, raw materials, production of crackers in general; types of crackers; description of labor process & machines; estimate of energy expenditure, labor force, costs. Bound in original cloth with "Projekt til Kiksfabrik" embossed on cover. With 5 mounted photoplates [which appear to have been clipped from trade journals] + a folding diagram of a machine in rear pocket, together with an Institute's professor's one-page critique of 3 errors contained within. Text entirely in Danish.
