United States Army, Third Army Occupying Government. 1920, 1st Edition. Hardcover. Volume 1 plus the 3 appendices volumes. 4 books of 300 or so pages . NOT recient reprints. Typed and Mimeo/Gestetner printed on both sides of somewhat pulpy paper in 1920, later (1940s?) rebound in personal, one-off hardcover blue cloth books, with no spine writing. The books were issued with three-hole punching. In the rebindings, the original paper covers were mounted on the cloth. NOT ex-library copies. Sturdy and unworn bindings, a snag to the paper on one cover, VG otherwise, It is hard to find all 4 parts at once. Details, laws, and theoretical musing about the post-WWI occupation of Germany, written by those who were there, while they were there. Good.
