Very good. - Small quarto, 9 inches high by 6 inches wide. A sheet of white stock, 9 inches high by 24 inches wide, is folded 3 times to form 8 pages. The two-page title is illustrated with a black & white view of Cliff House, Wildmere, a resort overlooking Lake Minnewaska. On the verso is a 9-inch by 24-inch black-and-white pictorial map of the area, surrounded by vignettes of locales & activities, & with a list of points of interest. On the 2 remaining pages are a map of the area with driving instructions and a description of the attractions of the Shawangunk Mountains. There is some light foxing to the area map & there are horizontal creases where the brochure has been folded twice. Very good. Very good .

INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
