The covers are slightly rubbed and the spine lightly darkened with a tiny tear along the bottom of the spine. 128 pages, illustrated with a portrait frontispiece and a few photographic portraits of Miller in the text. A previous owner's name is stamped on the half-title and inside the rear cover. Very good.

Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
