Bound in grayish green paper covered boards backed with a green leather backed, titled in gilt on the spine with a vignette in dark green on each board, in the original glassine, the book is housed in a yellow cardboard slipcase. xiv & 124 pages, plus the colophon. Illustrated with color pictorial endpapers, 10 color plates, 1 full-page color illustration & textual illustrations & vignettes in black and white & color by Edward A. Wilson. The edges of the glassine are very lightly chipped. Near fine.

No. 1064 of 1500 numbered copies signed by the illustrator. The monthly letter describing the making of the book is laid in. Very good .
