John assisted his brother in his illustrations, whilst working as an apprentice to him.The tenth edition. In a half calf binding with marbled paper to the boards, with renewed endpapers. Externally, smart. A couple of light marks to the spine. Very minor bumping to the extremities. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto of the front free endpaper, with is repaired to the gutter, with one small tidemark. Internally, firmly bound.
