London: Ingram, Cooke, and Co. 1852. 1852. - Octavo, 9-1/8 inches high by 5-3/4 inches wide. Rust brown cloth titled with a gilt vignette on the front cover. The rubbed and bumped covers are detached and the spine is lacking. 390 pages, illustrated with an extra engraved pictorial title page, a full-page frontispiece, 7 full-page plates and 30 textual vignettes. The first signature consisting of the frontispiece, engraved title and title page is detached but present. There is occasional foxing and soiling. Else, a complete copy which would be well-worth rebacking.
