The book is housed in a brown cloth covered slipcase with a pictorial label around the panels & spine. The binding is lightly rubbed & bumped. There is a crease to the bottom corner of the rear cover adjacent to the spine. The top & bottom panels of the slipcase are rubbed & chipped with some fraying to the bottom edge. The pictorial label on the case is chipped with staining to the spine. 524 & [8] pages. Profuse photographic illustrations in black & white & color by John Hedgecoe. Near fine in a very good slipcase.

USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.
INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
