In a full calf binding. Externally, generally smart. Light bumping to the extremities and to the head and tail of the spines. Minor marks to the boards. Spines are a touch faded, as is the head of the rear board of Volume I. Crack to the tail of the spine of Volume IV. Small chip to the tail of the spine of Volume II. Front joint and hinge of Volumes I, III, and IV are starting but firm, front hinge of Volume II is starting but firm, as is the rear hinge of Volume IV. Bookplate to the front paste downs.
