With a chapter of music scores to the rear of the work, presenting a popular fanfares used in hunting. Illustrated by French painter and engraver, Jean-Baptiste Oudry, known for his life-like pictures of animals and hunting. With a total of twenty-seven engravings, including one double-page plate. Collated, complete. Bound by Bumpus in half crushed morocco with paper-covered boards. Original wraps bound in to rear.
