W. Dulcken, an English translator and children's writer, best known for translating the works of Hans Christian Andersen. With biographical notes. Adorned throughout with many engravings.  In the original decorative cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Slight fading to the spine and a small split to the cloth to the joints. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with offsetting to the endpapers and the odd spot. Very Good .
