Griggs was an English etcher, architectural draughtsman and illustrator, associated with the late Arts and Crafts movement and the final phase of England's etching revival. Collated, complete. An illustrated study of the highways and byways of Ely and Cambridge by the cleric and author Edward Conybeare, who devotes chapters to various roads, monuments and regions of the area. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, though faded, more so to the spine. Light shelf wear to the boards and extremities. Internally, firmly bound.
