There are detailed breakdowns of the numbers provided.This work would have been printed for the benefit of the House of Commons for appropriate discussion.  In the publisher's wraps. Externally, with rubbing to the hinges, but still firm. A couple marks to the wrap and a few scattered spots to the rear. Internally, generally firmly bound.
