Written by English writer Sir Henry Rider Haggard, who was best known for his exciting works of adventure fiction, set in far-off locations. 'Finished' features fictional character Allan Quatermain, an English big-game hunter and adventurer who appears in many other novels by Haggard. In this particular adventure, Quatermain is one of the few survivors of the Battle of Isandlwana, a real battle which occurred during the Anglo-Zulu War of 1879. This is the last in a trilogy, following 'Marie' and 'Child of Storm&apos. Illustrated with a monochrome frontispiece. Collated, complete. Bound in the publisher's green cloth.
