Series II, No. VIII, pp. [113]-128. 16 pp. The approximate date is based upon the Society's address (www.americanantiquarian.org/node/6693). Publisher's blue paper wrappers, 10.5 x 6.5 cm, printed on the front and back. Woodcut borders on wrappers, with woodcut illustration on front wrap and throughout text.
