Possibly published c.1940s-1950s, though 1940 date appears in book. In maroon paper-covered slipcase. --- A loosened front hinge has been repaired on this item. With yellowing to spine, otherwise clean, unmarked and tightly-bound. Slipcase with scratches, fingerprints and minor sunning, otherwise structurally sound.
