Collated complete. This work was edited by Henry Fishwick, a British soldier, politician, antiquary and author. Fishwick, born in Rochdale, has edited this account of municipal work in Rochdale going back fifty years from the time of publication.Institutional library copy from 'Cardiff library&apos. Bound in quarter straight grain morocco. Externally generally smart with cracking to the spine with rubbing to the head and tail and a small closed tear to the head and bumping and fading to the extremities of the boards. Spotting to the endpapers with an institutional library bookplate from 'Cardiff library' to the front pastedown.
