The author poses as Washington correspondent of two newspapers and as secretary to the President of the United States, in a world in which air armadas are always in the sky, submarines that can destroy navies lurk in the ocean, and poisons are discovered that can wipe out whole cities. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, cloth is in excellent condition. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
