Published by Henry Holt and Company in New York the previous year. It is presented in green cloth binding, with a delightful natural design in gilt. This work uses a series of poems to explore Britain and parts of Europe. The poems commence with The Voyage, followed by a trip to Ireland, then England and Scotland, before ending up in Holland and Italy, amongst many other places. The collection ends with a set of poems which are aptly entitled The Return. With an ink inscription of D J Bransden to front endpaper. In original publisher's green cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with slight rubbing to the boards and to the extremities. Light bumping to the extremities. The occasional mark to boards.
