Édouard Dujardin (1861-1949) was a French writer and one of the first users of the literary technique called the stream of consciousness. In this collection of essays, he studies the work of French symbolist poet StĂ©phane MallarmĂ© (1842-1898) and the Hebrew prophet Ezekiel or Ezechiel; he also includes an essay on the theory of symbolic realism and a poem in memory of the Orientalist Joseph HalĂ©vy (1827-1917). In the original paper wraps with a cloth phase box. Externally age toned with some creasing to the extremities and small losses to the head and tail of the spine.
