Also issued in 'A collection of the best English poetry, by several hands&apos.Celebrative of the Duke of Marlborough's success during the Siege of Lille of 1708. Published anonymously but attributed to Richard Blackmore. Close cut to upper margin pp. 5-12 affecting pagination and first line of text to p. 5-6.
