Includes material on Martinique in the eighteenth century among others. 8vo. marbled paper covered boards backed in leather, spines in gilt. Original wraps bound in. Prince Roland Bonaparte's copies, with his bookplates at the pastedowns. Condition is very good, with some dampstaining along the edges, not effecting the text. One section shows tears and crumpling to a few pages in the October volume, affecting text, but not legibility, and some slight wear and rubbing at the extremities. Small contemporary shelving stickers at the spine. .
