Written by Francis Marion Crawford, an American writer noted for his many novels, especially those set in Italy, and those of fantastical nature. In the original full red calf binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. A few marks to Primadonna, particularly the front board. Original red cloth slip case also smart with bumping to the extremities and slight discolouration. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd handling mark. Very Good .
