[Brooklyn, NY: Historical Printing Club, 1888]. 18 pp. An octavo-size pamphlet, side-sewn and glued into plain paper wrappers. Fine within but wrappers show edgewear and some chipping. Very good overall. Randolph was a member of the Annapolis, Philadelphia, and Virginia Conventions, in all of which he took a prominent though equivocal position. His letter on the Constitution was widely circulated in the newspapers, and was printed in pamphlet format. .
