With a chapter on the management and duties of servants by Phyllis Browne. Collated, complete with twelve coloured plates as well as further in-text illustrations, six leaves of advertisements to endpapers, as well as sixteen leaves of publisher's catalogue to rear. In the original publisher's quarter calf binding over cloth covered boards. Externally sound with some shelf wear, rubbed to head and tail of spine, back strip lightly rubbed.
