Retold for young readers. Edited by Arthur Gilman. With illustrationsRebound in Bickers signed full calf prize binding with inscription from Llandaff Cathedral School to verso front free endpaper dated 1888.  In full calf binding with five raised bands, gilt tooling to spine and extremities, titles in gilt to morocco spine label, marbled edges and endpapers. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear, back strip faded. Internally, firmly bound.
