This is the second edition.  Founded in 1810, this was a Quaker school for boys. Illustrated with twenty-two illustrations on seventeen plates. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A few light marks and a little discolouration to the boards and spines. Minor bumping to the spines and extremities. Rear hinge of 'Broadmead' is weak, front hinge is starting a little. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. The occasional pencil note to the margins of 'Broadmead&apos. Very Good .
