Bruce offers a practical guide to training colts and horses, with advice to buyers on what to avoid, how to treat illnesses in horses, and hints for solving specific problems such as crib biting. This third and revised edition was published because the first two editions of this work were bestsellers. In publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with a little wear to the upper extremities and small losses to the head and tail of the spine. A couple of small marks to the front and rear boards.
