Jones with a folding plan of the Cottage at Accrington for Norman Waittaker. There is a colour frontispiece and many full page illustrations and in text illustrations throughout. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, generally smart with some fading and bumping to the spine and a few marks to the boards.
