Written by Abbe Dominique de Fourt de Pradt (1759-1837), a French ambassador. He was a secretary of Napoleon, before becoming French ambassador in Warsaw. Following the Napoleonic Wars, he wrote numerous works which portrayed Russia as being power-hungry and seeking to conquer Europe.Translated from French for and published in the Pamphleteer Vol. XXIV, No. XLVII.A scarce pamphlet.
