The largest act passed in emancipation was not passed until fifteen years after the publication of this pamphlet in 1829.Written by an anonymous author identifying as 'Conciliator', who is 'secluded on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean from the follies and passions of the multitude&apos.Complete with six appendices.A scarce work.
