Original printed wrappers. = A seldom-seen work by the British palaeontologist and malacologist Leslie Reginald Cox (1897-1965). The material described - mostly medium-size gastropods and bivalves - is from Eocene strata and fairly well-preserved. Most species are new. This is The fossil fauna of the Samana Range and some neighbouring areas: Part VIII, published in the series, Memoirs of the Geological Survey of India, or Palaeontologia Indica New Series Vol. XV. Uncut. Stamp on front wrapper, one correction in the text, otherwise very good, clean.
