Pencil inscription on the copyright page: "For Lyman Butterfield, with the affectionate regards of Rudolph Ruzicka. Hanover, N.H. November 29, 1968." [4] pp. + 10 ff. Ten alphabets are illustrated; each is printed on a separate leaf with an accompanying quote, which is printed using the illustrated font in a contrasting color. Each leaf is laid into a numbered paper folder with the source of the quotation printed on the front. Housed in a buckram folder, with title printed on spine and top board, in a buckram slipcase. Dampstain on one panel of slipcase, and some general light soiling to slipcase and folder. The plates and paper folders are fine. Publisher's prospectus laid-in. .
