Original printed wrappers. = This is the complete atlas, which is rare. The fine drawings are by the author, the French mycologist Georges Eugène Bernard (1835-1925). Stafleu and Cowan quotes: "some copies have coloured plates". It was published in the Society's Annales. Volbracht lists it under a different title: Champignons observés à La Rochelle et dans les environs. It was also published separately (Paris, Germer Baillière, 1882), see Volbracht. Spine cover perished, wrappers detached. A few plates with a cut in the lower margin, but otherwise internally quite good. Schliemann, 90; Stafleu and Cowan 476; Volbracht 135.
