Nineteenth century bindings: quarter black morocco, marbled paper sides, matching endpapers, title gilt-stamped to spine. Ex-library; bookplate to front pastedown, blind-stamped seal to title-page, and no other marks. Spines and boards are rubbed and edgeworn, especially at bottom-edges and corners. Front hinge of Volume 1 is cracked, but both volumes are still solidly bound. Nicely printed and clean within. About very good. .
