Allen organised many exhibitions of artists he admired and published several works on art. An enlarged edition of this cottage hymn-book, suitable for both public worship and private use. Comprising 236 hymns total. In a full calf binding. Fading to the spine. Externally, very smart. Small splits to the head of both joints. Prior owner's inscription to the recto of front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound.
