Original printed front wrapper. = A well-illustrated monograph of sea pens, with several new species. Written by the Dutch zoologist Jan [Janus] Adrianus (1820-1872). Published as the complete volume 7 of the society's Bijdragen tot de Dierkunde. Wrapper frayed and partly torn, the text leaves and plates fine, except for some minor spotting. Cat. BM(NH), p. 830. Not in Nissen.
