An extremely scarce work, with only one copy cited as being held institutionally by Worldcat. Comprising two tales, 'The Memoirs of a Villain' and 'Anecdotes of a Miscreant&apos. This humorous and anecdotal work of fiction is written by Isaac Crookenden. Crookenden wrote many works including 'Berthinia or The Fair Spaniard' and 'The Skeleton&apos. He worked for four publishers and produced many chapbooks. Collated using copy from Worldcat, it seems this work is lacking the frontispiece. Undated, dated using colophon. Disbound, as issued. A charming picaresque chapbook. Disbound, as issued. Externally, generally smart. Final leaf is detached but present. A few spots and marks to the front and rear leaves.
