Octavo, blue cloth, gilt title at spine. Texts are clean; though the exposed edges of the bookblock have sporadic, light foxing. Light, all-over spotting to cloth of some volumes. Very-good plus in grey dust jackets which have darkened slightly at spines and show occasional light soiling; a few small nicks and/or closed tears to some jackets, but they are very good overall. Moore (1860-1947) was an American legal scholar who worked toward the codification of international law; he frequently advised the U.S. government on matters pertaining to international adjudication. .
